Outdoor presentation without unnecessary complication.
Office grounds, business premises and communal outdoor areas may require ongoing mowing, edging, weeding, border upkeep and routine shrub attention.
Commercial scope is site-specific. A maintenance plan would account for access, site use, working arrangements, required presentation, safety constraints and any available facilities.
Site details to include
- Business or managing-agent name
- Site address and site type
- Approximate planted and grass areas
- Known access or security arrangements
- Preferred maintenance rhythm
- Whether debris and garden waste need special arrangements

Agree the work before the schedule.
Commercial maintenance is not automatically a fixed-price contract, nor does a request commit either party to an agreed site visit.
Site-specific hazards, public access, specialist vegetation, large clearance tasks and disposal arrangements need to be assessed. Only confirmed services should be included in a formal maintenance schedule.
